Technical Sales Representative

Established in 1968, Zesta Engineering Ltd. is a manufacturer of industrial heaters, temperature sensors, and temperature control systems. We provide thermal solutions for heating applications across multiple industries. Major Responsibilities of Position:
  • Design and recommend thermal solutions for industrial clients
  • Use knowledge of heating applications and products to ensure Zesta products meet customer requirements
  • Answer order desk phone calls, respond to customer inquiries and be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer orders
  • Follow up on customer backorders and expedite where required
  • Provide assistance to the Territory Manager(s) in serving accounts by placing orders, researching product and expediting orders
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Training will be provided

Job Related Qualifications:

Education:
  • College graduate or equivalent experience

Professional experience:
  • Training will be provided, however technical sales experience would be an asset

Other Considerations:
  • Must be upbeat and personable with exceptional telephone communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Mathematical ability required to calculate prices, gross margins, and basic thermal requirements
  • Must be proficient with computers
  • Self motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Safety conscious team player who works well with others
  • Technical aptitude

Salary:
  • Varies depending on experience

Primary Location: Mississauga, Ontario
