Tube and Wire, Mineral Insulated, Base Metal, Noble Metal and High Performance Thermocouples constructed to ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) specs cover virtually all thermocouple applications. Our assembly methods allow us to make over one million thermocouple variations for same day shipment - five million next day shipment.
Available in SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) and metric sizes.

Molded Transition MI Thermocouples
Zesta is proud to offer its new line of Molded Transition MI Thermocouples.
The transitions single-piece molded construction provides excellent protection against moisture and vibration. Thermal capabilities of the transition range up to 260 °C (500 °F) continuous.
The lightweight design provides easy handling and can be customized to fit most applications. The MI (Mineral Insulated) cables come in several sizes, namely: 1 mm, 1.6 mm, 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4".
