Watlow's agency approved Auto-Tuning temperature controllers automatically set PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) parameters. Manual settings permit on-off, P (Proportional), PI (Proportional, Integral), PD (Proportional, Derivative) or PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) control modes.

Available in 1/32, 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) panel mount sizes, as well as DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) rail mount packages. Select models have percent power mode, data communications and more. All accept a broad range of standard IO (Input Ouput) options. NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) 4X front panels on 1/8 DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) and smaller controllers. Meets complex processing demands but is easy to use

The SERIES F4 Process Controller 1/4 DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) has the performance and features to meet a wide range of industrial processing needs, including semiconductor manufacturing, plastic processing and packaging.

This competitively priced controller features a four line, high definition LCD interface display along with a Watlow exclusive information key that makes set-up and control operation significantly easier with less chance for error. A 16-bit microprocessor provides accurate and precise control. Complex control applications such as cascade, ratio and differential control will be handled with the future release of optional enhanced hardware and software features.

The four digital inputs can be used to remotely modify the operation of the controller or enable the display of custom pre-defined operator messages. Serial communication and dual alarm relays are included in the base unit.

The SERIES F4 Process Controller is NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) 4X rated to withstand harsh environments. A four-inch deep case makes the F4 ideal for shallow enclosures. Installation is simplified with touch-safe removable connectors. Expandable modular construction makes the F4 easy to up-grade in the field.

The SERIES F4 Process Controller is manufactured by ISO 9001 registered Watlow controls and is backed with a three-year warranty. There is a four-day availability on all standard models in quantities of 20 or less.

Simple, yet powerful

The SERIES F4 Ramping Controllers (Offer Programming Ease) 1/4 DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) is easy-to-set-up and operate solution for the most demanding ramp and soak applications. The features and performance of these units make them ideally suited for environmental chamber or furnace and oven applications. Single and dual channel versions support extremely accurate temperature and humidity control.

These competitively priced controllers feature a four line, high definition LCD interface display that makes profile programming and controller configuration significantly faster and easier. A 16-bit microprocessor supports all the accuracy and performance advantages you have come to expect from a Watlow control.

Guided up to 256 steps can be programmed into as many as 40 namable profiles. Profiles can be programmed to wait for events or for up to three different process variables. A guaranteed soak feature allows you to set how closely your process needs to be controlled.

The four digital event inputs can be programmed to remotely start, pause or terminate any of your pre-programmed process recipes. The eight event outputs are segment programmable, or three of them can be assigned to programmable compressor and boost heat or boost cool control. A real time clock can be used to start a profile at any time. Serial communication and dual alarm relays are included in the base unit.

The SERIES F4 Ramping Controllers (Offer Programming Ease) are packaged with a NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) 4X front face to withstand harsh environments and a four inch deep case with removable connectors for wiring convenience.

Watlow's Multi-Loop Temperature Controllers deliver the performance demanded by complex process applications. There are up to 48 control loops. Each controller accepts industry standard IO (Input Ouput) options with 0.05% of span accuracy. Inputs can be mixed; including thermocouple, RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) and process.

Multiple job or recipe storage makes batch set-ups fast. Auto-tuning sets PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) parameters. Versatile alarms, serial communications, on-line trending and report data round off the features. Optional ANASOFT® PC software permits remote operation and monitoring via MS-DOS compatible PCs.
