Watlow's Solid State Relays (SSRs) withstand the rapid switching cycles required by PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) temperature control, and help deliver optimum system performance and life. The Solid State Relays (SSRs) offer a low-cost solution to solid state power switching needs.
Available in random and zero cross versions in capacities up to 75 amps at 480 V ~(ac).
Applications:
SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers)
The SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) deliver rapid switching required by PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) temperature control and help deliver optimum system performance and life.
Available in 1-phase, 3-phase (2-leg) and 3-phase (3-leg) configurations. The SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) switch burst-fire variable fixed time base, phase angle fire or act as a zero cross solid state contractor to match load requirements.
VPAC SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) range from 10 to 75 amps and up to 480 V ~(ac). QPAC SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) range from 30 to 1000 amps and up to 480 V ~(ac).

The DIN-A-MITE® SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Power Controllers provide a convenient DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) rail and sub-panel mount package in ratings from 24 to 100 amps at 600 V ~(ac). Easy to install with touch-safe exteriors, they're ideal, compact replacements for mercury displacement relays.
Four models match load requirements with 1-phase, 3-phase (2-leg) and 3-phase (3-leg) switching.

Zesta ZPAC SSR (Solid State Relay)

Zesta SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Powerpacs
The Zesta SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Powerpacs controller is a single-phase, phase angle fired controller. The controller provides constant voltage to resistive loads via solid state silicon controlled rectifiers inserted between line and load and is not affected by load variances. Power is controlled via a power percentage set point on the front of the control.
The Zesta SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Powerpacs control comes in both chasis mount and 1/8 DIN (Deutsche Industrial Norm) vertical or horizontal mount versions. It can supply up to 1800 watts of power control at 120 VAC and 3600 watts at 240 VAC.
