Raymax 1120

The RAYMAX® 1120's emitter sheath is stainless steel with a black coating that makes it a highly efficient radiating surface.

• Face temperature: 1100°F (595°C) max.
• Watt density: 20 W/in2 (3 W/cm2) max.

Raymax 1220 & 2030

Each unit consists of a ceramic fiber heater mounted in a 2.5 inch deep sheet metal case that provides thermal insulation.

• RAYMAX 2030: temperatures up to 2000°F
• RAYMAX 1220: temperatures up to 1200°F

Raymax 1525

Watlow’s RAYMAX® 1525 is a rugged radiant heater with a unique design that allows quick removal and replacement of the element and reflectors.

• Element temperatures to 1600°F
• Watt densities measured across the reflector area up to 25 W/in2

Raymax 1010

Designed to resist contamination, the RAYMAX® 1010 is ideal for use in screen printing, food warming and other low heat applications.

• Face temperature: 540°C (1000°F) max.
• Watt densities: 10 W/in2 (1.5 W/cm2) max.  

Raymax 1330

The RAYMAX® 1330 is the only radiant heater that features specially insulated heater emitter strips for higher performance.

• Maximum face temperature: 700°C (1300°F)
• Maximum watt density: 30 W/in2 (4.7 W/cm2)

Strip Emitters

Constructed using Watlow's exclusive mineral insulation, rugged stainless steel sheath and high emissivity coating, these heaters can operate at temperatures to 1300°F (700°C), and 30 W/in2 (4.7 W/cm2).

Ceramic Infrared Heaters

Ceramic Infrared Heaters Ceramic Infrared Heaters. Individual elements are 96% infrared energy efficient with a maximum temperature of 1292ºF (700ºC.) Standard voltages are 120, 220, 230, 240 and 480 and standard wattages range between 150 and 1000.
